Last of November

I'm currently blogging from Victoria Junior College, watching a two hour long choir concert. Fingers crossed that I can endure 'cos I've been having choir practice in the afternoon and now it's this.

On a side note, to the band folks: have a fun and safe trip to Hong Kong and don't check in your instruments into the wrong flight ;)

PS something terribly funny happened during our journey getting to the college. As we were unsure of our new environment, we got off the bus thinking that it was our stop, however it wasn't and the passengers (also attending the concert) signalled to us that we were at the wrong stop and there were a few stops more. Then we scurried back onto the bus looking like fools. Such an embarrassing incident..I think everyone on the bus were like,"WTF?" and thought we were lost souls or something. Humiliating but an unforgettable experience with my fellow choir members.

Rhapsody II: Choir (We Are The World)

Oh my god hahaha I still remember that we were fooling around somewhere backstage-ish and dancing to the band music because we were sooo nervous for the night performance. On stage I was trembling like a leaf (moving and actions stopped me from shaking temporarily though) and that I wasn't really focusing even though the conductress was like, "Stay focus,". So embarrassing! Haha spot me flipping my hair at the end. Cool eh? *flip flip*

Olivia// Haha me too, but they scared the shit outta some people with the unexpected entrance to phantom of the opera.

Zeyang// It's pretty cool.. we should do a collabo for that song :-)

Rhapsody II: Military band (Part 1)

Band was cool (but choir's still cooler, no doubt). I liked the second song best (note: the video in this post), and it was kinda hilarious but awesome that everyone stood up and start grooving. PS I'll post the other videos within this week cos I've been waiting for an hour yet the bloody video wouldn't complete loading. Ugh

School was terrible not because it was (was it?), but because I was still feeling shitty w/ the stuffy nose, cough, itchy throat, not breathing properly and all. Yeah, so for a second I thought I would die right on the spot. Anyhoooooooooo we're gonna know the next choir committee probably tomorrow (I bet so). Soooo exciting ;)

Rhapsody II: Behind the scenes

Aw I'm already missing the pre-concert practices, rehearsals and the actual performance, cos now it's back to reality w/o any fun. So.. what's for homework?

PS Will try to post clips of the actual performance asap

A Day In Paradise

The concert was spectacular. Awesome. Fantastic. Brilliant. Speechless. Mind-blowing. Hair-raising (in a good way). The best experience I've ever had in my life and I definitely wouldn't mind living it over again, even though I was trembling like a leaf on stage. We danced around back stage when other school were singing their songs, made silly jokes (Hi tom, dick and harry) and stuff. Although my feet is hurting like terrible shit now, I'm glad to say I've had fun.. we all did. Thank you ms khor, ms wong, ms phillips, the pianists, and everybody involved. :-)
