Hi to Chantal's New York Cheesecake for Christmas. Yes, the boredom has taken it's toll on me thus the baking idea.. no cookies, cos I think I made scone like cookies before. I'll post the results and the recipe once I've mastered it. But no, I'm not gonna start on it anytime soon.. maybe after my HK trip. Christmas's still a month away!
